Brian Bright is a co-founder and partner of Educor Capital Partners, LLC. Previously Bright was vice president of business development for Eduventures, Inc., the leader in Education Industry Research. He was responsible for company research and consulting growth and business development efforts. Bright has spent several years working with senior executives to align processes and strategy in the areas of e-learning, business process engineering and business development. Bright holds a bachelor of arts and a master of arts from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Jack Chorowsky is a principal at Levin Capital Strategies,
a New York investment management firm. Formerly he was president of WonderLab Media, a strategy consultancy that helped media and education business leaders to identify, assess and exploit new market opportunities and design effective go-to-market strategies. Chorowsky led successful engagements for WonderLab in educational publishing and technology, online media, information services, direct marketing and consumer product licensing. Before starting WonderLab, he was the founding general manager and vice president of Longman English Success, Pearson Education's digital learning business in the English language teaching market. Chorowsky is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and Harvard Law School. |

Daniel Einhorn is a consultant with expertise in market research and analysis. He also prepares company valuations and assists in new client development efforts. Einhorn earned a master's of business administration in finance from the Cox business school at Southern Methodist University, as well as a bachelor of science from Cornell
University.
Stephen Einhorn is president and founder of Einhorn Associates and has participated in more than 200 transactions including foreign acquisitions, acquisition searches, management buy-outs and sales of privately held businesses. He has published numerous articles related to mergers and acquisitions. |

Abraham Fischler, Ed.D., is president emeritus and university professor at Nova Southeastern University. He served as president of Nova University from July 1970 to July 1992. Fischler was professor of education at the University of California, Berkeley and assistant professor at the Graduate School of Education of Harvard University. He earned his doctorate of education from Columbia University. He served on the Broward County School Board from 1994 to 1998. Fischler has been a consultant to the Ford Foundation, to various state departments of education and to school districts. He has authored many articles and publications on science education and advanced teaching methods. He is a fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science and a member of numerous educational and scientific organizations. |

Kathy Hurley |
|
Kathy Hurley is a 35-year veteran of the education industry and is currently Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, for Pearson School Companies. During her long and varied career, Kathy has held senior management positions at PLATO Learning, NetSchools, The Learning Company, and Skillsbank Corporation. In addition, Hurley held management positions with IBM, Mindscape, Grolier and DLM.
She currently serves on several key industry and education advisory boards, including, the Partnership for 21st Century Skills (P21), the National School Boards Foundation (NSBF), of which she is Chairman, the Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA), Foundation for Education Investment (FEI), and National Coalition for Technology in Education and Training (NCTET). She is also past president of the Association of Educational Publishers and she still sits on their Board of Directors.
In addition, Hurley has received various awards for her service in the industry. In 2001, Hurley was named the CoSN’s first ever Outstanding Private Sector Achievement Award. More recently, in December of 2003, Hurley was inducted into the Association of Educational Publishers Hall of Fame for her achievements and service to the education technology industry.

Jerome (Jerry) Wartgow, Ph.D. |

Jerome (Jerry) Wartgow, Ph.D., retired as the superintendent and chief executive officer of Denver Public Schools in 2005. During his four year tenure as superintendent, student achievement increased and Denver Public Schools experienced a surge of momentum and a renewed bond with Denver's many neighborhoods and communities. The district twice won the Governor's award for the most improved school district in the state (2002 and 2003) and the Colorado Charter School Association named Denver Public Schools as Colorado's "Most Charter Friendly District" in 2003. Previously Wartgow was president and chief executive officer of the International Training & Education Alliance and the Colorado Community College & Occupational Education System. He holds a doctorate of philosophy from the University of Denver, a master's of education from the University of Hawaii and a bachelor of science from the University of Wisconsin. Wartgow has published numerous articles, presented many keynote addresses and participated in panel presentations at the local, state and national level. |
